Nice guy, a bit eccentric‎
A few friends and I were riding bikes and one of them got a flat. We happened to be next door, so I took his bike over and asked how much a new tube and tire would be (since the current one was in shambles). He told me he could have it done in 5 minutes and it would be $20, so I said sure. While he worked, he gave me all sorts of info on bikes and mentioned "bike guys", saying that he disliked the trend in road bikes of little-to-no-comfort over speed. He's a decent guy with lots of know-how, no matter his opinions.‎

Owner is CRAZY‎
I will confirm what other have said. I went there to get a couple spokes for a rear wheel of a beach cruiser bike. And instead he went off on some rant about how "bad" bike guys like myself are. He has GENUINE DISLIKE for people that know how to work on their own bikes. I'm just looking at him like 'Are you going to sell me some spokes for greater than 100% markup and make some money on me or not??" After 5 minutes of his incoherent rambling, realizing it would massively inconvenience him to sell me 4 spokes, I gave up. I ended up getting what I needed on the internet. I'm blown away he's still in business. He's a total jerk.‎

Owner has problems...‎
...mental problems, as well as business problems. I used to think Tony the owner was just a goofy eccentric, but now I'm sure that he's got some serious mental health issues. He told me his sad story of disrespect by some evil bike industry conspiracy every time I bought something. On my very last visit ever to this knucklehead, he told me that he really hated dealing with "bike guys" (people who might know what they're doing). And then he refused to sell me a part, because I was clearly a bike guy. I can't understand how he stays in business. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.‎

A$$ hole working the phone......‎
He told me he had to see the sh!t before he could tell me how much or if he could even replace the rear wheel bearings. This guy did not get my business. I'll take it to someone who is nice and pay them more. This guy needs to get the message that he is in sunny CA... not the east coast where an attitude is acceptable.‎

Too Lazy by Jarrod B. at InsiderPages
My spoke broke and I carried my bike 2 miles to the shop; my truck was 10 miles north of the shop:

I was insulted for riding a road bike and the owner said he didn't like me asking how long or how much the service would be. I was startled and amazed at such poor customer service and decided to take it else where once I got back to my truck.

Do not use this place.
