I absolutely love Chi Nail Bar. The approach is total nail health. The décor is absolutely amazing. When I first started going here my nails were brittle, broke easily and my cuticles were very dry. Esther (who is fantastic!) was wonderful and took lots of time to talk to me about what we could do to help my nails get stronger and keep my cuticles in good shape. Esther offered to apply soft gel on and did such a wonderful job that after a month I have long strong nails and new beautiful hands!
To add I got the minx done on my toes. I was not sure which design to get because they had so many pretty design to choose from. I ended up with the Cheetah print. Very surprisingly these designed lasted a whole month, no chips ,no dullness just like I got them done the very first day!
The atmosphere at Chi is very relaxing and pampering. They use new files and auto clave all instruments on each person (and you get to keep them if you want!). The color selection is wonderful and I also love the music selection. It may be a little higher priced than the "in/out" quick shops but you get what you pay for.

After reading about Chi Nail Bar in a magazine, I decided to go give them a try. Let me say, I was glad I made the trip, because this is the prettiest and cleanest nail salon in LA. This salon takes cleanliness very serious, they do not re-use their files and all the metal tools are sanitized in an autoclave. I love that because you never know what kind of germs you might get out there for sharing nail files.
The spa's decor and arrangements are very trendy and elegant. All the employees are professional and friendly. My visit was very relaxing and my nails look incredible! I highly recommend their Signature mani/pedi. (It comes w/ the best callus removal solution and organic hydrating salt scrub massage)
Parking - Free 2 hour parking structure around the corner or meter parking directly across from the salon. Price - on the higher side, but I truly believe in "you get what you pay for."
I was given a wonderful and satisfying service therefore I'll be looking forward to going back.
