After many visits we are still very happy and so is our dog. We even turn on Yulupa Avenue and she' is jumping around and whining with excitement...we had to get a seat belt harness so she wouldn't keep trying to drive us there faster ;)

My family has taken our dogs and cats to Chez Jeanne since I was little (a long time ago!). And our friends go, and neighbors, and I even met Mr. Charles Schulz there once, with his dog Tommy (not Snoopy!), a border collie and I will never forget that! He was such a nice man.
We love it. Our dogs like to go, and we leave them there all day because they want to hang out and socialize with the others. They are not in cages. They smell so good afterwards and the haircuts are always great. Really, it is always a good experience and good for the dogs and our cats feel better after their haircuts too. It is a family owned business and I agree with Larry L. that Chez Jeanne is a "business where you can trust your pets with people who really care about them." That is why we have taken all of our dogs and cats there, it shows.

Chez Jeanne has the best value for the service, which includes a full grooming plus playtime. We took our 3 month old Shih Tzu puppy to them, and they gave him 3 puppy visits and he likes to go now, unlike our older Shih Tzu who had her first visits at a local groomer I won't name, and hated every time. Even our older girl is okay with going to Chez Jeanne, but our puppy absolutely loves it. They know how to treat a puppy right so that it is a fun visit, even though it is a bath and haircut too. We are so lucky we went there!

They are very friendly and my dog often doesn't want to leave! Great haircuts, great service, great smelling dog afterward! A+++ from us.

Can you believe it, my dog DRAGS ME IN! I always say, what do you do to him to make him love you so much?? Their response is that the social dogs get to play together before their baths, and that makes the day fun. They have a yard for potty and play, and don't cage the dogs. I've gone to other groomers in town (and out of town!) and not only did my dog not smell or look as good, but he can't wait to leave. I have to DRAG him OUT of Chez Jeanne. I think the shop has been there forever. Check them out!
