I and my wife used Chez Christian Real Estate for the purchase of a short Sale which closed in early March.

Chez Christian Realty did an excellent job of steering us through the short sale process and other issues encountered. Most notably during Escrow we realized that one of the bathrooms was missing a water permit. This was an issue that had to be taken up with the water board and the planning Dept. Chez christian Realty managed to resolve this issue quickly and at no extra cost.

The whole Short sale process took almost a year until close of Escrow and at each step of the way we were guided and informed as to what to expect with patience and professionalism.

We had a great experience with Christian as our realtor. Christian has a very generous mind to his clients and it shows by the effort he makes. Christian sold my mother's house in record time, considering the current market; he kept me constantly informed on the progress. I had to bring my mother to a nursing home 3200 miles away, so this was a complicated situation. But he had no problem with it.
