This was my first time to Checkered Flag. I have found an incredible car wash! The staff was friendly, the facility immaculate, the gift shop adorable, and I loved my complimentary latte!

Having visited many car washes in Orange County, I found Checkered Flag in Irvine 15 years ago when they first opened.

I admit to being “ A Mother Hen” about my cars , Checkered Flag meets and frequently exceeds my expectations.

One of my cars is shiny black requiring advanced car washing skill for routine washing and detailing to maintain that showroom appearance. Each week, after driving home from this car wash, I walk around my car in my garage and am pleased to see a spot free result.

Their facility, management, product -services, and results make them “Best of Show” in the car wash contest.

In addition, their waiting room includes internet access, TV, beverages , frequent customer benefits, and the best selection of Greeting Cards in the area.

I brought my Lexus RX350 here for a simple car wash after a rain. I was rather shocked to see an employee eating what looked like a burrito while cleaning the interior of my car. The employee also used compressed air to clean my interior, blowing dust behind the instrument panel which can never be removed. Other employees balanced themselves on my tires so they could clean and dry the top of the SUV and wash the front window. When I returned home I noticed a large scratch (3 inches long) on the top of my hood right next to the windshield which, needless to say, was not there before. If you take care of your car, do yourself a favor and find a reputable auto detailing shop which also offers hand washes or wash it yourself. Don't take it here.

It does a very good job cleaning inside and out. I have tried so many different hand car wash places, and they don't do as great as Checkered Flag. I recommend any car lovers to try this place.

Each time I visit checkered I'm always pleased with the service I receive. Although it's far from where I live, I come after work to get the special care and attention my car needs to look good. I've also refered lots of friends and family to your car wash and they have been very pleased as well. I very pleased to write this review and I encourge you to keep up the good work. You're AWSOME!
