Ask the City of Lancaster 661-723-6000 or the City of Palmdale 661-267-5234 if this company is a legal "taxi". A legal "taxi" has a City seal with expiration date on the trunk of the taxi and the driver has a City issued photo id inside the taxi. An unmarked car cannot be a taxi and if it is a limo, then it must have a TCP license number on the back bumper. I do not recommend taking a ride that could result legal problems (you would be viewed as being friends with the driver, thus also legally responsible for any items in the car) and financial problems (if not legal, would you really expect a commercial insurance policy).

We would also warn that you get what you pay for, if it wasn't for constant reports of bandit drivers actually charging more than the legal taxi cabs.
