Beware. I strongly suspect that last reviewer was a friend of the sales person Ms. Lord. She was smoking up a storm when I went into the store and kept trying to direct my attention to a roll of damaged carpet. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Its been 4 years since I bought my carpet from Cheap Charlies and I am still thrilled
with the results. With in minutes of entering Cheap Charlies I felt very at ease, this is a no pressure kind of place , lots of samples, and many rolls of carpet already on the premises.
Azzi Lord the Manager and hub of Cheap Charlies was able to guide me through the carpet buying experience (which can be quite horrific else where) with her knowledge and quick whit
I was able to get what I wanted at a price that was not overinflated and no hidden charges.
I chose a custom color which was able to be ordered , delivered & installed with in a week!!
Truly amazing, my new Mauve Mohawk Carpet has made my home a show place, replacing my dingy white carpet from before , which I thought had made a statement. I honestly feel this was and is the wisest choice for Carpet and flooring in the area. I came from Laguna Beach to Cheap Charlies in Buena Park and feel their service & products are the best around. And Cheaper too!!!
