I heard a lot about this store and can not figure out why it is ranked so high. There are other pet boutiques that are much nicer and have better selections. I made a special trip to this store. The retail section was not very clean.

My dog angel loves the chateau. she comes home tired which means that I get to relax too. I buy all her accessories and toys their as well.

I've been taking my dog to Chateau Marmutt once a week ever since he was five months old. He gets so excited when he realizes where we are going that I can barely keep up with him as he runs to the door! Michelle, et al are wonderful and you can tell they really love dogs. I've had no problems with grooming, and my dog comes home exhausted from a good day's play!
As for parking, it's usually hardest in the evening when picking up. I've found that if you park in the cleaner's lot at the corner (after it closes at 6:00) and tell the valet nearby (they use the lot for restaurant parking after 6:00) that you are picking up your dog, they let you park there. You just have to smile and say thanks and it's no problem at all!!!

i brought my dog lucky in for grooming and the groomer (jen) and her assistant were so nice to my sweet dog!! lucky saw all the dogs in the day care room and wanted to play! i didn't have her shot records with me but my vet faxed them over and lucky got to stay and play! she had so much fun that i'm going to bring her to the chateau marmutt every week! oh, and she looked and smelled fantastic after her bath! thank you chateau marmutt and michelle!

We took our little dog here and were very worried about how he'd do in day care- they were so friendly and helpful and the resident trainer even talked us during the day when we called up to check on him- she talked to us about his personality how he got along with the other dogs- it was so nice to know someone was watching out for him. They do great grooming as well and you can leave your dog in day care so they can play around with other dogs and socialize before and after the grooming instead of being caged like other grooming places. Great shopping as well. Casual, kind atmosphere.
