Think Twice About Chase‎
The Dearborn branch is where my daughter put a $9000 check. They lost it. She has a receipt and a stub. They kept promising to "look into it," but never did. My daughter gets a new employee each time and they keep leading her on with promises that they never keep. This is the 20th day and the problem has never been resolved. I'll keep you posted.‎‎
