Clothes shrink after first wash not good material
Bought a few clothes for my birthday here. I normally shop here and happened to buy a blouse that shrinked after first wash. They did not want to return the blouse for me. Horrible customer service did not want to give me a refund or credit. They obviously don't care about customer loyalty. I will never shop here again! Too pricey for their cheap clothes.

Charlotte Russe‎
I love Charlotte Russe. I wish we had it in Solano Mall but I have to go elsewhere. I went to Charlotte Russe twice in the past year. I love their collection and their low price. BUT their employees are not the nicest people in the world. They seem to be rude or don't care about their clients. I'm not implying that that's how ALL their employees are but the ladies who have rung me up are very rude.‎
