Great service‎

Called ahead of time to see if they would be able to take care of my vacuum, got a very friendly response unlike the other reviews, brought my vacuum in, they told me it would be ready in a few days very nicely, and we will give you a call. Vacuum was fixed properly and they called me promptly. Highly recommended.‎

Mixed Opinion‎

I have extremely mixed feelings about using Charlie Vacs repair for my vacuum. I can honestly say that everything Anna (other review below) said about horrible customer service (more specifically attitude) is very accurate. The man (not sure of name) who answers the phone, is so rude and unfriendly for no reason it really is shocking. I initially brought my vacuum over here because I believed the carpet "height" adjuster knob appeared to be broken. We dropped it off and the man working here was so unwilling to listen what I was trying to tell him. He kept saying that it just needed to have the filter changed and that the belt needed to be replaced. Then he started with the "I've been in the business for 20 years... and ...
