We have a used spa that this company sold and they won't work on it. The reason they won't is because 9 years ago when they sold me the wrong parts for my pool, that caused 8,000 gallons to backflow onto the ground, and I tried to return those parts, they would not take them back. Therefore, I disputed the charge with AMEX and won. Now, after five attempts to get them to fix the spa (and after buying more parts as they are the only Catalina dealer in town), they set up an appointment and then never call or show. On top of this, he threatened to spread bad information about me in the business community. These people are bad news.
