The doctor was wonderful upon meeting her and talking with her. However, first impressions can be very deceiving. The first problem is that I have had to call for a refill on two different occasions. Both times they did not call in the refill to my pharmacy, nor did they call me back. The second time my medication was at a critical low and it is of the kind that is dangerous to stop suddenly and they still would not work with me even though I was out of state on business for a couple of months and could not make an appointment to see her.

She had promised me in our first consultation that working with my demanding and extended business travels would not be an issue at all and that she would be happy to work with me over the phone to make sure I had my medications. Instead, I was totally left hanging and told to get another doctor if I could not come into the office to see her regularly. I have never been so blatantly lied to by a physician. It was a shocking and unexpected experience as she gave a wonderful first impression. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this doctor if you think you may ever need to make a phone request for a refill or be out of town for a while.
