I have been using charleston cleaners in palo alto for the last 6 years. Its a small family owned business which has been voted 'the best of palo alto' for the last 3 years or so. The owner is a very friendly immigrant who is always ready to greet me with his chocolate kisses. He also does all the spotting while his wife takes care of all my alteration needs. I recommend this place highly.

basically a great place to get your cleaning done. This small family run business provides discounts to customers who don't even have the coupons---- gives out free chocolate to all---- carries your heavy load to and from your car--- allows you to pay 'next time' if you forgot your wallet---- and does an excellent overall job. I live in Los Altos but manage to take my cleaning to them in palo alto eventhough there are many other closer cleaning facilities in my area. I recommend them highly.

I have used them for three years. It is a few minutes from my home. The owner always loads my clothes in the car, very polite and gives me discounts even when I do not carry my coupon.
