wig gal
I have just completed my first wig repair with Charles Wigs and could not be happier. I brought in a hair piece that had several bald spots and the inside of the cap looked like it had been through the war. What I received back was a hair piece that literally looked new. I am a very particular person and one could say a perfectionist when it comes to hair pieces. I was amazed, appreciative and relieved as to how my first experience went. Not only was the repair amazing, but it took only 10 days. Ok, not only that but Marsha would call and give me the status of the repair, now that is insane, insane good. Most salons give me the, "it has to go to China for repair". The repair I had done at a salon, I will not mention took 2 months and the hair they used was a terrible quality and looked and felt bad. This month another hair piece is going to Charles Wigs for a overhaul. In August I plan to work with the shop to have another hair piece made because Marsha sent a sample to me of hair pieces, yes she sent it to me, to have and to hold for a week to determine if it was the quality I was thinking about, AND IT WAS.
Thank you LA Times for running an article about her salon or I might never have found her. I will tell you now that if a shop can repair wigs like she does then these are the folks you need a long term relationship with.
Medical hair loss is a real loss in a women's life, but finding Charles Wigs is a huge gain. Thank you to Marsha and her staff for being there for me. See you soon. Wig gal
