I am a regular customer of this establishment and I am always happy when I leave there. I recommend it! When I go, I arrange with the employees there to have my hair colored and cut at the same visit, and they are very accomodating to my schedule and my needs.

I am not sure what happened with that other person but I am extremely picky with who does my hair and where i have my hair done. Well to be so, so pleased with the cut,color,style of my hair. I have been there several times and continue to go there. I have had facials, messages, hair cut, colored, styled, conditioning treatments, anti-aging scalp treatments, pedicures and i have NEVER, NEVER been truely happier. From the minute i walk in the door and am treated like royality.(And i love it!!) I feel very comfortable there and they actually ask me what "I" want done to my hair and they LISTEN! Have been to all the salons in the area and just did not get the same treatment in any of the other salons. They really care about HEALTH of the your hair(thats rare) and really stress that through the consultation where they examine my hair, the level hair color i am, they ask me what i want done, then they will tell me their professional opinion and what they think i should have done. Everytime i would get highlights in another salon i would always get the not so blond root and that blonder ends,hate that, but since i have been going i just told them i dont like that and they say they would fix that. I have Never been happier. They advise me to what i need done for my hair to look the best !(And i listen to them and that is WHY i am so, so happy with this salon. They also have this picture/computer service, it is about 25 or 35 dollars(cant remember) and they took a picture of me and i could see different hair styles and colors, it was so much fun and it gave me ideas. Anyway i could go on and on, i just want to explain my experience. I just LOVE going there. their prices are the same as any spa in the area and to me my hair comes out so perfect everytime

Don't be fooled by the nice building. This place is just awful. I would recommend going to any other salon if you have a special event or need special treatment.

I took two kids (ages 15 and 5) here for up-dos for a wedding. One was the flower girl, the other was doing a reading. After calling days in advance to talk through the styles and to let the salon know about my time schedule, I arrived to find them running 30 minutes late and the stylist was annoyed to be doing children's hair.

I have seen every salon - from the highest end NY salon to the lowest end strip mall. Everything is forgivable if they do a good job on hair. This place was terrible. The stylist did such a bad job on the teenager (caked with hair spray, teased up 5 inches high, no discernable plan to where the hair was stuck) that she was sobbing and we had to try to rip it out 15 minutes before the wedding. The little one's lovely golden hair looked like someone was trying out their curling iron for the first time - stiff, hairsprayed curling iron marks that hadn't even been combed out....think ethnic urban tacky (she should have had her name in gold script on a necklace to match the hair). On top of it all, the stylist was rude and nasty to the girls.

This was recommended to us by the Bluffton Inn, where the wedding was held. Overall I could not have imagined a bigger disaster and only hope the wedding pictures aren't ruined forever by this catastrophe.

The bride had very good luck with a local salon called the House of Color.
