Charco Construction knows what they are doing. They are family owned and operated and I found out they have been in business for 44 years. They can help you with all of your remodeling needs! Charco's staff is educated, they can help with designs, they make you a part of their family! They also know exactly how to finish a job on time and on budget! I would not trust any other remodeler with my most important investement. You will not be dissappointed.

We asked Charco Construction to come out and bid our bathroom remodel and room addition. Armando missed our first scheduled meeting and called several hours after we were to meet to apologize. No big deal, things happen. We rescheduled, spent a half hour going over the project and was promised a cost estimate within a week. 2 week later I called their office to inquire about the status, and was promised the estimate would be forth coming. A week later I called again, and spoke to Armando who apologized again, and gave me a verbal quote over the phone. I asked him to provide a written quote and he asked me if my verbal quote was within my budget. I told him it sounded fine, but would need to have more details and a written quote before I could make a decision. Armando promised to send it out to me that day. It has now been another 2 weeks and still no estimate. I'm disappointed as I had heard good things about the company, and would have hired them without receiving other bids if they had only followed thru and if their written estimate was in line with the verbal. I guess they aren't that interested.

Charco did a full remodel on my parent's downstairs- they did SUCH an amazing job that their work (and my parent's home) was featured in a few magazines!

I was around for a lot of the actual work and everyone was considerate, kind, efficient and their attention to detail is spot on.

Charco did our kitchen remodel and we absolutely love it! Armando is very professional and guided us through the whole process. He listened to our ideas and shared his own and was honest about expectations. Armando and the Charco crew were very polite through the remodeling process as well, and the outcome is just beautiful! I will be using them again and recommend all to do so as well!

Recently, I needed a small bathroom remodel. Armando came out to our home and was very professional, and did not treat us as though our job was too small as did some other companies around town that we shopped.
