Stay away from these people.
Leased a Z-4 Roadster from Chapman in 2007. Went ot get a pre-end of lease inspection from them about 2 weeks ago. They had me wait an hour and a half before telling me that "Bart" was out of the office and he was the only one that could do the lease turn in.
Went to BMW Scottsdale, and they have great customer service and were shocked at Chapman BMW attitude toward it customers. Turns out that it would be better for me to turn it in to Chapman than Scottsdale since they are not affiliated.
I will never buy or lease a car from these losers ever again.
I am still waiting for Chapman BMW to call me regarding the end of lease of my Z-4.
