I called another company called Colarossi Painting and Rain Gutters in Lawndale. I asked him if they work in the rain. He laughed and said, "We're a RAIN GUTTER company—we always work in the rain!

I do not recommend that you use Chandler's Rain Gutters—they don't need your business!
