If I had it to do it again I would go else where in a heart beat. These people are all about the sell and have no; I repeat no customer service skills. Steve, one of the sales men, is a total swindler. He was rude and very unprofessional to the point that we had to ask for the manager. The only reason I bought from them is the fact that I was looking for a particular vehicle and they happen to have what I was looking for a decent price. Well what I thought was a decent price turned out the be a mess, I have only had the Jeep for about 30 days and it's been in the shop twice and racked up about 1200 bucks in repairs. Not what I expected for a car with less then 45K miles and only 2 years old. Recently purchased a car from this dealership, and I was so impressed! They didnt try and push me into purchasing anything. (not your average sales team) When I went in for my first oil change they were very friendly in the service department. Quick and painless and they made sure that I was very happy with my experience. All the advisors are very attentive and nowe that Ive been in so many times they even know me by my first name!!!!!!!! Definitely a five star experience!!!

By far the best service experience I have ever had. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the door and got in and out very quickly! New service manager must be doing something right!! Great job guys, I"ll be recommending you to everyone I know.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH CHAMPION HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT I HAVE 4 VEHICALS THEY ALL GET SERVICED AT CHAMPION. THEY HAVE JUST A GREAT SERV DEPT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GONE OUT OF THERE WAY TO PLEASE. FROM DROP OFF AND PICK UP SERV. TO UNLOCKING MY VEHICAL WHEN I LOCKED THE KEYS INSIDE. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS SERV. DEPT TO ANYONE THEY ARE TRULY A 5 STAR DEALER

The sales guys are nice but the service department is horrible! Took my car there on 3 separate occasions to get some electrical issues with my car fixed. I finally went to another Chrysler dealer (Tom Obrien) near keystone to finally fix the problem. I will never recommend champion again and will stick with Tom Obrien's service center from this point on.
