This store is hands down the best hot tub store in San Diego. Bough a spa from Costco but it's junk. This place had evertyhing for one low price. This is what they do all day, everyday. They are very good at what they do. I even got try it out before buying. There everyday price beats Costco. Costco does not include backyard delivery and nothing comes with it. These folks have been in town for 25 years. This is my 3rd spa with them so I know that they take care of their customers. Can't go wrong with Champagne Spas!

I purchased a very expensive sundance spa from Champagne Spa's booth at the Del Mar Fair about 1 1/2 years ago. As I was leaving the Fair, one of it's competitors told me that I would regret my purchase, because Champagne Spa's does not service it's customers. I thought that this was "sour grapes," but I learned to my chagrin that the competitor was right! Since the day that the spa was installed, I have had a problem with the lighting. Sometimes I have to shut the spa off (3 or 4 times) to get the lighting to come on. I contacted Champagne Spas on more than 5 occasions and asked them to come look at it. I even spoke to the owner in person. Everytime I was assured that they would come out and look at the lighting problem. To this day, they have never called me or kept their promise to look at this problem. I finally gave up and guess that I will just live with this inconvenience. I paid my money, but I didn't get the service that they promised. I would never recommend them to any prospective spa purchaser in the future.

Our family recently purchased a Champagne Spas and was delivered extensively past its delivery date. Once it was finally delivered, it did not include some of the main features we had purchased. Champagne Spas did not attempt to fix their mistake; instead, they would rather give us a refund. What does that tell you about their customer service? Who would ever want to purchase anything from a company who does not lead up to their fantastic standards?

This was just a small crumble of the enormous dilemma Champagne Spas has caused.
