I am upset with Champs Sports. I came into the store and ordered shoes. When they were delivered they were in the wrong size. I asked that the store order the correct size. They would not without me being present in the store. I had to drive two hours to get them exchanged. The store did not care about my inconvenience. I had to pay time and gas money for their mistake. Poor customer service!
