I love to have a day of pampering at Chakras! I usually have a pedicure and massage when I go. The day spa is located upstairs in the building and it is such a relaxing atmosphere. There are changing rooms for you to get comfortable in the softest robes ever created, the soft lighting, music, and hot teas they provide help relax you before your pampering even begins. I have seen several different people for massages and they have all been wonderful. After a massage you are invited to sit in the nest- a large window seat full of pillows and blankets- for as long as you would like. They will bring you water, tea, a warm neck wrap to help you continue your afternoon of relaxation. If you are looking to spoil yourself a little this is definitely the place to go!

I was very pleased with the haircut that I received at Chakras, though somewhat intimidated by the atmosphere and stylish employees. Everyone was extremely friendly though and it was a delightful experience.

I had an excellent customer service via the phone. I was shopping for a spa from out of state and called up the Chakras Spa after revewing their on line reviews. I can't explain enough on the professionalism I got from an employee named Michael. He was so patient with me in answering all my questions pleasantly. He was very informative and descriptive which helps me picture the place and their services. It was an excellent service via the phone and just can't imagine how great the service is going to be. I highly recommend to speak to Micahel if one is trying to acquire information about Chakras Spa prior to their visit.

I'm a spa junkie and was so thrilled to find this place when we moved to the Triad from the Triangle a couple of years ago. The haircuts and coloring are expensive but well worth it; their hairdressers really listen. My favorite treatment here (so far, I'm still experimenting) is the Clear Consciousness head/scalp massage. It's especially wonderful when they place you in their draped and pillowed "nest" to wait for your next service. I'll be at Chakras as often as my budget will allow--it is worth every penny!

I have been to Chakras for facials and waxing but the staff is always polite and very discreet/reassuring. The atmosphere is ethreal and calming. I wish it weren't so expensive but to treat someone special (including yourself) you can't go wrong in my opinion!
