This is the best Thai I have found in Winston Salem. We get take out almost once a week. I love the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. I have only eaten inside once so not sure how the service is but the take out is alway correct and fast!

Cha Da Thai offers the best authentic Thai in Winston-Salem. Their menu is extensive, offering lots of traditional Thai dishes, but also lots of Americanized Asian favorites. Their curry dishes are, hands down, the best I've ever had in the US.

The food is a bit pricy; dinner for two usually runs us about $40, but it's worth it for a nice evening out in a great atmosphere with fantastic food.

The food here is always awesome and the staff is great. One lady there remembers EVERYTHING about you and is very sweet. I love the duck plates they have here.

I really like this place. Usually can get a seat without a problem and fast carry out. Downtown Thai is good but very price for what you get this is much cheaper (though more basic menu- less shell fish more veg, chicken, beef.)

I love this restaurant. For a long time, I could not get my wife to eat Thai food, but I harassed her into trying Cha-Da one night and she was sold. It quickly became one of her favorites. I love the Gai Pad Gra Pow, Thai hot. The Tom Yum is soup is delicious. The spring rolls are not quite as good as those from Downtown Thai, but they are very tasty as well. The heat here is a little lower than that of Downtown Thai, but if you get the spice tray, you can jack it up as hot as you want it. The menu is very extensive and I have yet to be disappointed with anything I've ordered.
The service has always been excellent and the environment is soothing, but not formal. The wait staff are very polite and professional. If you're thinking about going, stop thinking about it and go.
