They made me feel almost like a friend rather than as a Customer,what i mean is the mechanic that came out (Nicole) Explained my system took her time to show me how it all works,and what to look for before calling in the future...she diagnosed my problem right away explained what the problem was to me then gave me the price before she did the work...now this was a first I mean all the other times a company would just hand me a bill at the end but never asked me if I wanted the repair or told me how much it was before doing the work(gasp!) this is totally anew and way cool concept..."I Likes" :) Thanks Nicole & thank You Certified! She made me feel better as A Fellow woman she got me going for a reasonable price explained everything so even i could understand it ( i'm not mechanically inclined)when she ran 20min late she called me ahead to notify me which is good . I will definitely be recommending Nicole & Certified to Everyone since my Brother recommended them to me...I'm glad i called them!

Nicole is the Mechanic that came out to my home(that's right "Nicole" a Woman Mechanic) She Diagnosed my furnace problem with in the first 15 minutes from when she got to my home Explained how my furnace works so that even I could understand how it works and what to look for before I call because it could even be something simple i could possibly do myself to save me a service charge(that's right she's trying to save me money if she can! Unheard of!)
