I made an appointment last week with Ceridono Heating for a repairman to come today between 1:00 and 3:00. No one showed up.

We needed a replacement for our out-dated furnace and asbestos covered pipes. I was wary of using Ceridono because the resource I usually rely on--Berkeley Parents Network--had a strongly negative review for them. Because I was desperate to get heating for the winter, I risked using them, and they were great. The foreman was polite, punctual, and knowledgeable, and the workman was on time, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. They came in below price of other companies I called that required waiting weeks to get the job done. Ceridono guaranteed that the job would be completed when they said it would, and it was. They helped with all rebate forms for the new energy efficient furnace. Overall, a very positive experience.

Ceridono recently replaced our ancient gravity furnace with a new, energy efficient model. We were very happy with their service. They began work promptly, handled the job very efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were patient when we asked for changes. We found the employees to be skilled, very pleasant and easy to work with, polite and knowledgeable. We are pleased to recommend them.

The representatives of Ceridono were punctual, responsive, efficient and professional in every way. I was not sold anything I did not need and the product offered was the most advanced, energy efficient technology (I called the manufacturer of Carrier and Bryant and discovered another vendor tried to sell me a "legacy" furnace [old technology]... that is when I decided to go with Ceridono).

I am very satisfied with the final product and Ceridono has earned my trust and loyalty as a customer. I could not ask for better service.
