4 The Artist N U
This was sheer delightful... My best friend and I took our kids, and it was a really great experience... almost meditational, -it was therapeutic, -perhaps even for the kids… We went to this location and it was pretty small, but quite quaint and well put together. We were first timers and didn’t know the process so we had to ask, since no one came up to us and said welcome to Ceramic Café, can we help you? (They weren’t very personable at this location) but this company as a business in general I would still recommend to others (maybe a different location). As for the process: you go in, look around, find what you’d like to paint, gather your materials and go to work. Turn it in when you are done and then come back when it is ready maybe 3 days to a week, I can’t remember exactly… You pay beforehand I believe too, but only for the pottery, there is no fee for them cooking it in the kiln. And when you pick it up, you have a beautiful masterpiece for your home, whether it goes on the wall, mantle or you use it in the kitchen or at the dining table, and I believe it is dishwasher safe. A must do with the kids…
