I bought a heat and air unit from Sacramento Heat & Air last summer. I told them what I could afford and they were able to get me a unit for my price and I was pleased. They promised to come back in the winter to make sure the heat was operating correctly, because that was part of their service,and to let them know when it would be convenient for me. When it got cold just before Christmas, we fired it up only to find that it was blowing out cold to barely warm air. I called one of the guys, and he said he would be out that week. We arranged a time and day, but he never showed up. We arranged an appointment for three separate times, only to be disappointed because of no-shows on their part.. Now, my calls to each partner are ignored. I am a business man myself, and realize how important service and accountability are, but I guess some other people don't feel the same way once they receive the last payment.
