I have been using centralcomputer for years. They have the best prices and best best customer service! I had several RMA requests and all of them came around faster then anywhere from any store. The people there are good people and they trully put the customer service first.‎

Centralcomputer has a really nice PC hardware. I bought my Gaming system from there and I am really pleased with it! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The service is also great.‎

Terrible service. I brought my laptop in for repair on a Friday afternoon. They assured me they would look at it that day or else the next. I waited until Sunday - one person told me the notebook had been shipped out, another that it was still in the store and they would look at it immediately - again a lie. Not hearing anything, I came back in on Monday. They actually turned the laptop on and assured me it was working fine. With a frozen screen on Windows Vista.Unbelievable - when I pointed this out to the manager, he just shrugged. $30 for this. Trust me. Don't go here.‎
