took my laptop in for a reset. The one thing about my laptop that was still awesome was the battery! Oh yeah that battery NEVER seemed to run out of power. The guy at CCT even asked me about my battery life and I told him how amazing the battery was!

When I got my laptop back from CCT the battery did not work AT ALL. As a matter of fact my laptop keeps telling me that I need to install a battery! It doesn't even recognize that there's a battery in it. I went in to the shop to ask about it and was told it was a coincidence. They were more concerned with making sure they didn't assume any blame than they were with even listening to me explain what was wrong.

There was no offer to make things right. I sincerely believe he doesn't even know how to fix it. I am not impressed with his skill level.

I will not ever go to CCT again. I will be contacting the BBB about the service there.
