Too many false alarms.
They said they needed to change my control panel and put in a new one. I agreed and then when the false alarms started, I had to attend a class at the city. Central Alarm was teaching the class. I told the guy, I knew how to shut my alarm off, I just needed someone from their company to fix it.
Finally, after the 6th false alarm, I tried to change companies. That is when I found out that the alarm panel they used, could not be used by other companies. I had to buy another alarm panel, or stay with Central Alarm. I may decide to just cancel my alarm all together and take my chances with the burglars.

Deceptive Marketing!
If you're referred to a company called Tucson Alarmm make sure it is the real Tucson Alarm Company, not this company. I Googled Tucson Alarm and thought that was who I was calling. Turned out to be a different company that just deceives people into thinking they are Tucson Alarm. Not the same company at all. Central Alarm charges way more and they are not even close to the same quality.
Make sure you have the real Tucson Alarm, not an imposter company.
