My family and I (2 1/2 year old twins, hubby and I, and grandma) just returned from a great stay. Also no insects inside the villa (there were carpenter bees outside, but they did not bother us), no moldy smell, or anything like that. The units were older but you could tell they had been renovated (fresh paint, updated artwork and bedding, etc) and they were spotlessly clean and spacious. We loved the very large (about 30x10) screen porch overlooking the pool and gardens. Nice walking path nearby. We had one little problem with the tub and maintenance came immediately and fixed it right away. I do agree that it might be boring for teens or young adults, but it was peaceful, pretty and quiet. One thing I would change is tp do away with the 3.99 fee for the telephone, etc. and just provide free wi-fi or charge that fee for wi-fi, instead. Everything else was great!‎
