My experience with them was the worst. Please look at your contract closely or they will RIP your credit. The management is nasty. I recommend this property as run down trash. I am a current resident of Cedar Trace and I have never been as unhappy with my Apartment Management as I am now. My car was broken into on Monday, 12/8/2008, there was a gang shooting maybe 3 to 5 months ago, and the apartment management is extremely unprofessional. I was yelled at and hung up on, twice, when I spoke to the MANAGER of Cedar Trace. I called management to tell them that I did not feel safe and wanted to know what could be done to reslove my concerns with my living aggrangements, they were rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend any one to leave under Signature Property Management!! Unfortunately, they have me tied into a very detail lease but I feel compelled to educate everybody else who is considering moving into SIGNATURE PROPERTY...DON'T DO IT!!!‎
