We called CCC for an estimate on monthly service. They didn't show up when they said they would but we gave them another chance and then hired them anyways. We used there service for several months and had to call them back several times for algae problems. They came and then sent us an extra bill. We had to make several more phone calls before they agreed to credit us back. I would think a pool service company would want clients for a long time. This company obviously doesn't.
