I've had many very good experiences in this store. I'm a bit shocked by the previous review, but it happens. The bottom line is this store provided me with great suggestions and were very helpful upon each visit. The items they carry in my opinon are made of quality, but at a price that's hard to swallow. Very clean and organized with a staff that's (the two gentlemen I usually see) willing to help. Being a "big guy" is tough from a monetary standpoint most would agree. I'd suggest a medium at which the margins they make for a simple T-Shirt is "fair". $25-$35 is simply unreasonable...I appreciate the customers service as well as their quality product, but if you want me to vist more than once or twice a quarter the prices need to come down. I make good money, the problem's not if I can afford it, but rather what I'm "willing" to pay. Overall..I'd give them a A- Customer Service B+ Cleanliness B+ Quality D Price Thanks Jess‎

Yes I shopped in the store anyway, but only because I found items I knew my son would enjoy. Papers strewn all over the floor, hangers overlapping one another, duplicate inventory in misc locations with no rhyme or reason as to size, and a clerk (Diana) would could have care less if I was there or not. No one acknowledged me, wanted to help, or offered assistance. Found two shirts I really wanted but there were faints "stains" on the sleeves and one one in each size/color so I left them on the rack. Why not know what's in your store and if you have soiled merchandise either mark it down or clean it up?!!‎
