I moved to Castle Point in 2006 and have watched a steady decline. The police show up frequently. My neighbors lack respect and common courtesy. Don't expect to sleep well due to people outside smoking weed, loud music, and people fighting. They don't water so there is no grass but plenty of trash lying around. I recently learned that this complex provides Section 8 housing and the picture became clear. I hardly believe I was so ignorant for so long. I will be moving out at the end of January. Bottom line...the place is a ghetto s***hole.‎
