We stayed here once when evacuated from the fires and weren't very impressed. The grounds and golf course are very nice, but the rooms themselves were pretty unimpressive and needed some renovation and updating.

We happened upon the Castle Creek Inn by accident. It was late, we were tired. It is in a beautiful location and the grounds are nice, but the rooms were terrible. They smelled old and musty, the carpet was filthy, the walls were thin and the whole room had a tired and overused feel. The fixtures were worn out
