Have been cashing checks here consistently for quite awhile. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Although not close to my home or work at this point, I continue to drive to this location as they have earned my loyalty as a customer.‎

I have never been treated so horrible. This company clearly does not value a paying customer when they hire people such as the manager that verbally attacked me. Now when it comes to my personal information ie: bank account, ss# etc I would be dumb not to ask why they needed additional information when in the past they have keept everything they needed on file. The women named Julie who claimed to be the store manager demanded that I give her additional information then I have previously when doing a loan at this location. I have always been told that I was a good customer and that I was in good standing ( I have never bounced a check in my life, my bank account has over draft protection and it will cover any thing that goes through my account, I pay a monthly fee for this through WAMU) Anyhow this women Julie started yelling at me when I was simply asking questions of "why". Why was it different this one time and what exactly was it that I needed to do. She argued with me ...
