Dear Tim,

What do you say when the dream you have for your house becomes a reality? Thank you Tim Casey Construction!

“Wow, what a wonderful difference!” “ OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!!” “What great workmanship, you can really cook and visit while having a party!” These are some of the comments our friends have made when walking into our remodeled house.

Our ideas, enhanced with Tim’s suggestions, produced a marvelously looking and easy to work in kitchen. No more being stuck in the kitchen cooking when we have company. Now we have an island for pre-work and serving as well as increased storage for our numerous sets of dishes.

All it took was removing a wall, a window, all the old cabinets, and appliances. New cabinets, a handpainted tile Tuscan scene where the window was, a granite island and a sun tunnel totally changed the look of our house. Tim’s suggestion of adding under cabinet lighting and rope lighting in the sun tunnel completed the look.

The craftsmanship was superb, the detail was great. All of Tim’s staff listened to our ideas and worked to make them a reality. All the staff was east to work with and went out of their way to make it easy to live in the house while the construction was taking place.

We would definitely recommend Tim Casey Construction to our friends who are interested in remodeling their homes.

WOW! AMAZING! That’s what people say when they walk into my house.

What an experience I have had with Tim Casey Construction.

When I hear others talk about the horror stories they have had, I cannot join in the conversation. The only thing I can contribute is do you want my contractors phone number? I love my contractor.

On time, on budget (actually under), fair, great quality and workmanship with amazing results.

When you use Tim Casey you will meet each of the subcontractors that come into your home. And they are great! You will have weekly meetings with Tedd, so you will know what has been completed, what is next and how it is going to be done. You always know what is going on.

Tim is NOT a greedy contractor, and is more than fair. I had to have beams replaced (they were 45 years old) because of Tim Casey’s reputation with his suppliers he was able to replace all the beams at a very reasonable price. (Remember I came in on budget). I had an area of sub floor that termites found to be very tasty. Any other contractor would have said, “You need to replace the entire sub floor”. Not Tim, was I surprised when they said, no way, we will replace the effected boards.

Tim Casey, Tina Mercado and Tedd Mello go above and beyond for you.
Such as the day that Tedd brought my checkbook from the house to the bank for me. Don’t ask, I was so stressed. But Tedd got the checkbook to me with 10 minutes to spare before bank closing. NO OTHER PROJECT MANAGER WOULD DO THAT! There was also the day that Tina went with me to the City Planning Department. Working with the city for me was turning into a nightmare, Tina to the rescue. We both went; one visit and we were done. Oh, this was done prior to me signing a contract with Tim to do the project.

Tim did a lot of work with me prior to giving me a bid and securing a contract.
That was valuable time for him, which would have been wasted had I decided not to go with him. I never felt any pressure to sign a contract either.

I am extremely happy with my home, my experience and Tim Casey Construction and everyone involved. Will I use them again? You can count on that. They are my contractor.

We??????d like to shout it out, ??????Tim Casey to the rescue!!?????? That is exactly how we felt the very day we met Tim Casey and every day thereafter until our project was complete.

When we met Tim, we needed a contractor to come in and take over a project botched by a previous contractor and guarantee the work that had been done eighteen months prior.

Tim was confident that he could be that contractor. The first time we met Tim and his project foreman, Ted, we knew that Tim Casey Construction was the right company for our job. Through other satisfied customers, we heard a tremendous amount of praise about these guys, and when we met them, we immediately understood why. They were personable, self-assured and had years of experience in construction. We were certain about our decision to hire them and when we began negotiations, we received a detailed analysis of the job; cost of labor and materials and a timeline. The contract was professionally done and satisfaction was guaranteed. We felt that we were in the best of hands. Each and every person, that worked for Tim Casey Construction, of whom we came into contact; be it subcontractor, employee or relative; worked tirelessly to make sure our job was done to perfection. They had such a good working relationship with their subcontractors and materials suppliers that they were able to accommodate us in every aspect of our project, big or small, without difficulty. We benefited from this and are genuinely grateful for a job well done. We are monumentally proud of our beautiful home; and we have Tim Casey Construction to thank for that.

Tim Casey Construction built our house on time and in budget. The job site was kept very clean and the office staff was wonderful to work with. I was always able to get a live person on the phone and get any of my questions answered. The quality of the workmanship was superior. I highly reccomend Tim Casey Construction. His supervisor Tedd Mello made the job go very smoothly! I can't say enough good things about Tim and his team!

PROS: On time, In Budget, High Quality, Easy to work with, No change orders
CONS: I can't think of a one...other than that we miss him
