I rented a 1 bedroom in January 2011. I really loved the apartment because the car port is connected to the apartment so I didnt have to worry about walking far to my parking spot. I love the people that live there. Everyone is friendly, well except this grouchy lady upstairs but every where you live there is always going to be a bad seed. I liked the manger, Rosario. She was very helpful and was always willing to help out even if it had nothing to do with the apartment. The price is great. I lived in a apartment in LA PALMA and i feel its over rated. I didnt want to move out of my 1 bedroom apartment but i would suggest this place to anyone. The only negative thing about this apartment is guest parking...there is none. They have to park on the street however there is never parking after 4pm.
