I just had to have my Tiburon fixed after someone backed into my hood & bumper. I get several referrals from friends to Cary Collision in Apex, so I took it there. They did an excellent job in my car. It looks like new - better than before the accid ent, and they stayed within their estimate, and finished on-time. All the guys were very friendly & polite, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Five Stars for sure, they couldn't have done a better job. Also - Note that the bad reviews sound like they were written by illiterate people. Not much credibility.‎

We wished we have read below review comments about Cary Collision before we put our car for them to repair. They sold their Cary location facility to their electric company neighbor. They only have a desk without a reliable phone service. They are not going to tell you until you ask where is your car then they will say 'Oh we drove your car to Apex or Raleigh to repair' 'sh.t'. They estimated $1000 and your final bill to insurance is about $3500. Why? b/c they said when they open up 'all kind of broken'. They would tell what parts were replaced b/c 'Oh you can't see it' It is inside! Oh we have to keep the old parts for core exchange! They wouldn't show you the pictures either. Most of parts were re-manufactured! They said you can pick up the car like on Fri but a week later it has not done. They gave your car back in late at night so you can't see the quality of work. Their excuses were ' we have your car at another location! 'Not ...

Cary Collision is a prompt and fair when you need them after a fender bender. They are well organized and make you feel like everything is under control. They let you know the costs up front and do a good job.

This is the 2nd time I've used Cary Collision and have been extremely pleased both times. They were very professional, courteous and accomodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
