I am a GC and was looking for a plumbing service in Indy area to establish a relationship with, I contacted a few around the area and Carter Plumbing must be really busy or just picky in who they serve because I haven't heard a word from them. Just as well, If you wont get up and call back client's, then you probably won't do a very good job.‎
