Drew's first response (the owner) is very good. It goes downhill from there. After sending financial history and agreeing to monthly pricing, any time our office called his office to move forward, we were told "he is on the phone" or "he is in a meeting" or "he just stepped out". Even though messages were left, no calls were returned. Very bad way to treat clients who come to a vendor. If they have too much work and cannot take new clients, the proper thing to do is to speak with the hopeful client and decline to service their account. This lack of response can be construed as a good indicator of future relationship issues. In other words, glad we found out that Drew is not responsible and apparently does not believe in communication with clients, unless such communication is happy and fuzzy. I would submit that their price quote was fair, the first meeting was timely and Drew seems to have the necessary qualifications. However, I would also submit that any small business owner who is unavailable and does not return calls (4) is not going to come through when needed anyway.
