I've bought 2 new Toyotas from this place and while the buying experience is the usual stupid game with salespeople (and the dealership's use of the ridiculous market value adjustment on the sticker price - what a rip off) and the paper signing is the usual game of them trying to sell needless add-ons, I've made good deals and keep coming back for two reasons: 1) the service department has been virtually perfect and 2) this dealership gives a ton of money each year to local non-profits and this town would simply not work as well without the support these people give to the community. I'll buy another one when Toyota comes out with a fun high-tech AWD car with good gas mileage (30 plus MPG).

most dealerships are out to screw the littleman and this one is no exception. i bought a 2005 vehicle thinking i was getting a good deal due to the economy. turns out the vehicle has an air conditioning problem and the rotors were bad. the air conditioning was supposed to be an easy fix but if anything was wrong i could bring it back and they would fix it for free because the extended warranty i bought would cover it. When i brought it back for the rotors all they did was rotate them not replace them so i am stuck with squeeky brakes. When i brought it back for the air conditioning they told me the warranty did not start until after 30 days and i was misinformed about them fixing it for free. Not only do i have to pay for that i have to pay to find out where the problem is. to make things worse Toby the guy who did the paperwork and sold me the non-effective insurance kept messing up on my paperwork! unfortunately instead of being able to rate this extremely awful i have to give it an awful.
