This has got to be the worst BBQ in all...
of Nevada. I have no idea how they have ever won any of these competition with BBQ that is as bad a this is--or perhaps the Judges have never had excellent Texas / Kansas / Memphis style BBQ. OR-- Perhaps they fix their food right for the Judges so ...

Wonderful Food
Catered our Fraternal Order of Eagles Nevada State Aerie Convention and provided exceptional food throughout. All were provided wonderfully by an excellent staff, and all schedules promised were kept.
