I have used Don Becker and recommended Don Becker to co workers and friends many times in the last 5 years. He has never been a family law attorney. Jack and Don only handle criminal. Jack got my daughter off a really bad charge. Don did the
same for a coworker They are great attorneys. Use them if you really want someone good. Check out there cases.

He was given money to take my son's father to court for non-payment of child support and still as of yet hasn't done anything. This was almost a year ago and he still hasn't done a thing on this case. I just contacted him almost 3 weeks ago about my son's father breaking a court order and not returning my son from his visit for spring break. He said he was going to file contempt charges and I called the court today 4-08-09 and they haven't gotten any paperwork regarding my case. My son has almost missed 3 weeks of school and he doesn't even take that into consideration. Please beware and don't waste your time to use this attorney for anything. He was a Family Law attorney but now he doesn't want to take any cases except for criminal law cases.
