I shopped around and found that not only did Carpet Wagon have a great selection, but they guranteed there price as well as there installation.
For me however the best part was working with Joe and Kent in Torrance. They were a great team and helped me find the right laminate flooring for my house.
The installation team requires a whole new review by themselves. They did an outstanding job.

We saw the reviews here then went to the store. The salesman was very nice before we ordered the carpet and service. At the beginning, I was reluctant to order because the price he gave me is more expensive than HD. But he promised that carpet will be installed in 3 days. After we ordered it, he called me that installation can be only done after one week. Then I found a carpet wagon coupon of $50 off for $400, which is posted by carpet wagon itself on the website and asked if I can get $50 off since I ordered about $4000.The salesman said no and told me that he already gave me best price. Then he didn't let me finish my talking and turned down my phone, which was so rude!‎

They took the time to answer all my question even though the store seemed to be very busy. I walked out with an education, a beautiful floor and a great deal. We now proudly tell all of our friends about the great service‎
