They did what they said they would do, at the price they quoted over the phone, They did have some recommendations do to the pets i have. There was No High Pressure salesmanship, Very Professional attitude, very polite, very helpful And my Carpets came out Looking Very Good , I would recommend this company to my Family and Friends anytime, And yes i will use them time and time again since i have pets
