Horrible Customer Service

Got a good price for good laminate flooring but every time I talk to someone there they are just rude and have poor customer service. I installed on my own and would not hire them for installation.

Pros: Good product and price

Cons: Bad customer service and rude

Pay the extra money and go to Home Depot!

Double billed for service/insallation. Run around to resolve. Installers tried to skip carpeting closets which were paid for. They also tried to get away with cutting around furniture instead of moving furniture (leaving the old carpet under furniture and installing the new carpet around it.

Pros: They showed up on time

Cons: Hard to watch every move.

Recommended: Yes
