I had a burn in my carpet. Carpet Medic came and repaired it. I cannot see were the repair is now. I will gladly call them again if needed.‎

I had new tile put in and needed carpet relayed to it. He explained what he was doing and did an excellent job.

I scheduled a Wed appt with Carpet Medic (when I asked if it was infant friendly solution used, they said "yeah, pretty much anything out there on the market these days is...your kid could lick the carpet and it would be ok). I returned from a trip on Tuesday night and my son was ill, so I needed to reschedule. I called on Wed night at 11pm and left a message asking to reschedule for Thursday. They did not return my call, so I called Thursday morning. I asked if they were coming and he said No. I said "Oh, I wish you would have called and told me so I would have known". He said "It would have been nice to know prior to Wed night that you needed to reschedule, now wouldnt it? That would have been really nice, wouldnt it?" He was very rude and sarcastic. I would not do business with this company.‎
